采用矩形鉑(bo)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),兩極(ji)對(dui)試(shi)(shi)(shi)樣的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用力(li)分(fen)別為1.0N±0.05N。施加電(dian)(dian)壓在100~600V(48~60Hz)之間(jian)可(ke)調,短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流在1.0±0.1A時(shi)(shi),電(dian)(dian)壓下降應(ying)不超過10%,當試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong),短(duan)(duan)路(lu)漏電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流等于或大于0.5A 時(shi)(shi),時(shi)(shi)間(jian)維(wei)持(chi)2秒鐘,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo),切斷電(dian)(dian)流,指示試(shi)(shi)(shi)件不合格(ge)。滴(di)(di)液(ye)裝置時(shi)(shi)間(jian)常數可(ke)調,精確控制(zhi)滴(di)(di)液(ye)量大小44~50滴(di)(di)/cm3和滴(di)(di)液(ye)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)間(jian)隔30±5秒。符合GB/T4207-2012固體絕緣材料(liao)耐(nai)電(dian)(dian)痕化指數和相比(bi)電(dian)(dian)痕化指數的(de)測定方(fang)法(fa)、GB/T3048.7-2007電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗方(fang)法(fa)第7部分(fen):耐(nai)電(dian)(dian)痕試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗等試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗標準。
